I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today’s crazy world; your personality, your sense of humor, and most importantly, your heart. All of these elements brought me to start Allure Alliance- #RandomBlackGirls.

Mission & Vision
Allure Alliance's mission is to significantly improve the health and well-being of Black Women through community support, education, and advocacy.

Our vision is to be a progressive leader in health and well-being education for Black women, through providing dynamic and inspiring learning experiences that create positive health outcomes for Black women.

Sharita Ambrose
DHEd, MPH, CHES, CHWI
Allure Alliance Co-Founder
Sharita has a rich background in HIV/AIDS education/advocacy and skills training spanning over 20 years. She has a Doctorate in Health Education and Health Promotion from A.T. Still University, a Master's degree in Public Health from A.T. Still University, and a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration from Texas Southern University.

"I believe that Black women's voices need to be heard, and spaces need to be curated, for us by us, to address the intersections that we face daily. I am committed to Black women and improving our holistic health, from birth to death."

La'Toya Swan
BS, CHES, CHWI
Allure Alliance Co-Founder
La'Toya has a rich background in HIV/AIDS education/advocacy spanning over 25 years. She has a Bachelor's degree in Community Health from Texas Women's University.
"I am committed to black women, social change, community empowerment, and raising awareness in preventive health through courageous thinking, self-awareness, and education."

Anytime you get more than a couple of Black women together, you're creating this powerful mechanism for change.
